Terms of use

Uwillfly helps plan a trip through several cities and shows what the flights cost. We are not a travel agency or a carrier, and we do not sell tickets.

What this service is

Uwillfly searches for flights and arranges them into a route through several cities. The result is a proposal: a set of flights, dates and prices that can be bought elsewhere.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell tickets and do not take payments. We never ask for card details.
  • We are not a party to the contract of carriage. You make the booking with Kiwi.com, and their terms and fare conditions apply from the moment you go to their site.
  • We do not guarantee availability or price. Both are confirmed only by Kiwi.com at purchase.

Where the prices come from and what they mean

  • Flight data comes from a single supplier — Kiwi.com. It does not cover every airline: some carriers, including large low-cost ones, do not make their fares available there. That is why we say "the cheapest flight we found", never "the cheapest flight".
  • The price on a card is for the whole booking for the stated number of people, not per person. Under every price we say what it is counted on.
  • The price does not include checked baggage unless stated otherwise. A bag can cost more than the ticket, and we show it separately.
  • Every price carries the date it was checked. If that is more than a few days old, we hide the figure rather than show a stale one.
  • A route made of several flights is several separate bookings. A delay on one leg is not automatically protected by the next — we mark this on the card.

How we make money

For a booking completed after coming from our service, Kiwi.com pays us a commission. It does not affect the price you pay or the order of results — we sort by price, duration or connection quality, never by the size of the commission.

The "Find a place to stay" link on the route summary screen works the same way: it leads through our partner Stay22 to Booking.com, and we receive a commission for a booking made there. We do not choose or rate accommodation — we pass on only the city and the dates. The presence of that link changes nothing in what we show about the flights: the warnings about separate bookings, the baggage price and the age of a price look the same with it and without it.

Accounts and use of the service

  • No account is required. Searching and building routes works without registering. Signing in with Google is optional and gives you one thing: saved routes and history survive clearing cookies or switching browsers.
  • An account is personal. Do not share it with anyone.
  • Daily request limits apply. They protect the budget from which we pay for queries to the language model and to the flight data supplier.
  • We do not consent to automated scraping of content, circumvention of the limits or resale of data from the service.
  • An account or access that breaks these rules can be blocked without notice.

Liability

The service is provided as it works. We take care to keep the data current, but we are not responsible for purchasing decisions made on the basis of it or for the operation of the sites our links lead to. This does not limit the consumer rights you have under Polish law.

Changes and contact
